Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a WealthFlows account or accessing wealthflows.app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not investment advice
WealthFlows is a portfolio tracking tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and do not recommend securities. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see here.
3. Not a broker
WealthFlows does not execute trades, hold custody of securities, or move funds. All order execution happens on your linked brokerage, outside the Service.
4. Service provided as-is
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that data from third-party sources (brokerages, exchanges, SnapTrade) is accurate, complete, or timely.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthFlows Inc., its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify WealthFlows Inc. against all claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
7. Subscription + billing
Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your settings; access continues until the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate refunds. Free trials convert to paid only if a payment method is on file — and we never require a payment method to start a trial.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or for abuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
10. Dispute resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Contact legal@wealthflows.app first. If informal resolution fails within 60 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Rules, with arbitration seated in Wilmington, Delaware.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to your account at least one month before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
